In 2017, Brett Hutchens and Mike Chadwick founded CASTO Net Lease, an affiliated company with the Casto Organization based in Columbus, Ohio. Casto Net Lease has a clear and focused mission: to provide exceptional development services exclusively within the single tenant/net lease sector. From day one, our purpose has been singular—and our clients value that focus. Net lease development is not part of what we do; it is all we do.
Over the past several years, we have been fortunate to cultivate strong, lasting relationships with our clients.
